Write to the builders' desk

Stuck on step 47? Wondering which Poké Ball series a figure belongs to, or whether a Halo set fits your squad? Write to us — we answer questions about sets, ages, piece counts and which build to pick next.

Orders, delivery tracking, returns and replacement pieces for a purchase go through the order page of the partner store you bought from; they hold the order details and can act on them straight away.
