Ages 1 to 3
Big bloks for small hands
Soft-edged MEGA Bloks that a one-year-old can grip, stack and pull apart.
35 sets marked for this age
Each tile is one franchise we build in brick, with the number of sets on its shelf, the lowest price we last read and the ages printed on the boxes. Step into the one your builder already talks about.

Ages are read from each box. Sets without an age on the listing are left out of the count, so the numbers are smaller than the shelves themselves.

The routine we follow at the build table, whatever the franchise on the box.
Bigger sets split their pieces into bags that match the booklet. Opening them in order keeps the table clear and the small parts where you can see them.
Spread each bag on a tray and group pieces by colour and size. A minute of sorting saves ten minutes of hunting for the one grey connector.
Each step shows only the new pieces in that spread. Check the count in the corner of the panel before turning the page.
Pose the micro action figures last and apply stickers with dry fingers, starting from one edge so no bubble gets trapped.
Super fun and easy to build.
Bought this for a 10 year old and they put it together so quick. Super cute and fun gift. Does run small

This ghost set is a perfect representation of the halo infinite banished ghost, and I think it looks spot on, it includes a brute warrior in silver armor with only one shoulder pad and leg pad, his shoulder pad is red and is the same mold as their escheraum figure, the grunt conscript is nice and he has red armor, it is the same grunt body mold as the halo reach ones, the grunt imperial is great with also…

Excellent set with amazing detail. Purchased this for my dad because he is a hardcore Beatles fan. He looked like a kid at Christmas while he was setting it up. He was very happy to add this to his collection.

I keep adding to my Master's of the Universe Mega Construx collection, and this was a welcome piece. I especially love the mechanical ingenuity to make the saw blade spin. Had a LOT of fun building the set.

I got this for my 20 month old and I was hesitant about whether she would like it but she immediately loved it! The table is low enough that a child sitting on the floor can play with it, and the blocks are big enough that they’re not a choking hazard. Most importantly of all, it’s a fun intuitive toy that my 19 month old toddler loved right away! Totally recommend. Also takes less than 2 seconds to…

I love this set because it has a light up function with a usp cord to plug in
5.0 out of 55.0Jason A. Belser · May 26, 2026Our history started with a simple idea: building should be open to everyone, from the toddler holding a first big block toy to the adult collector planning a shelf display. That idea grew into MEGA Bloks, the large, soft-edged building blocks for babies and toddlers, and into MEGA Construx and the MEGA building toy lines that bring licensed worlds into brick form. Along the way our business kept adding innovations — poseable micro action figures, motion builds with working cranks, pixel-art bricks — and today the MEGA name covers big blocks, collectible figures and detailed display models with thousands of pieces. Mega Brands joined Mattel in 2014, and every toy in the series still starts with the same question: what will be fun to build?
MEGA Bloks First Builders sets are where most of our builders begin. The big blocks are sized for little hands, so a toddler practises fine motor skills while stacking, sorting by colour and pulling pieces apart — learning through play, with plenty of fun and early creativity. Vehicles with buildable tops, block buddies, musical sets and big building bags with storage keep the play going, and every bag of MEGA Bloks clicks with the next one, so a collection of building blocks can expand with your child.
Around age six, builders want stories. Our MEGA Pokémon sets let kids build Pikachu, Charizard and Eevee, pop a figure into a buildable Poké Ball, or set up a training stadium battle. MEGA Halo building sets put Spartans, Warthogs and Banshees on the table with poseable micro action figures, and Hot Wheels and Masters of the Universe sets bring race cars, monster trucks and Castle Grayskull into the same brickyard. Endless adventures, and every set fits the rest of the collection.
For adult collectors we make display builds with real engineering: motion Pokémon with turning cranks, pixel-art figures for the wall, detailed Halo vehicles, Hot Wheels race cars with a die-cast model in the box, retro consoles and big Masters of the Universe weapons. These are long, satisfying builds — a quiet evening at the table — that end as a collectible piece you want to keep on show.
Start with the builder. Under three: MEGA Bloks First Builders with big blocks and storage. Six and up: MEGA Pokémon Poké Balls, Hot Wheels race cars and Halo micro figure packs. Twelve and up or adult collectors: motion builds, pixel art and vehicles with hundreds or thousands of pieces. Every listing in our brickyard shows the piece count and ages, and each product page links to its build line, so you can expand a collection set by set.
Yes. Mega Brands joined Mattel in 2014, and our building lines — MEGA Bloks, MEGA Construx and the MEGA collector sets — are made under the MEGA name inside the Mattel family of brands.
We make construction toys: MEGA Bloks big building blocks for toddlers, MEGA Construx and MEGA building sets for kids, and detailed collector builds for adults, plus a few classic Mega Brands puzzles and games.
No. MEGA is our own brand of building sets with its own bricks, figures and licences such as Pokémon, Halo and Hot Wheels. Our standard bricks are built to the common stud system, so many builders mix them with other bricks at home.
MEGA Bloks First Builders start at 12 months; most MEGA Pokémon and Hot Wheels sets are for ages 6 and up; Halo, motion and pixel-art builds are marked 8+, 12+ or for adult collectors. The ages are on every product page.
Each product page in our brickyard has a button that opens the set on our partner store, where you see the live price, stock and delivery options and place the order.
Wash big MEGA Bloks in warm, soapy water, rinse and let them air-dry fully before storing them. Sets with stickers, lights or electronics should only be wiped with a damp cloth.
