MEGA Construx kits — MEGA building sets for kids who invent

MEGA building sets for kids: building without a box picture

MEGA Construx started as our building brand for older kids, and many of its best building sets are open-ended: Magnext magnetic racers and boxes, Inventions packs, brick tubs in bright colours and Story Builders kits that turn bricks into a tale. Kids customize every model, take it apart and build a new world from the same bricks — endless adventures from one box.

There are also play-ready vehicles — copters, police chases, fire squads and rescue units — and the Breakout Beasts mystery eggs with slime. Classic Mega Bloks kits like Neo Shifters and Kapow fill out the line for collectors, and every piece will fit the rest of a MEGA collection, so a child can expand it set by set.

Where do younger builders fit in? A toddler starts with big blocks — MEGA Bloks are sized for little hands and build fine motor skills — and moves to these smaller bricks around age five. Most Construx kits are for ages 5 to 8 and up; creativity, learning and fun are the whole point.
